Had lunch. Food was great. Service was fantastic. Martha was wonderful, efficient and very helpful. Kim, seemed like the boss and was SO nice. One could tell she is an excellent leader by how the staff treats the customers. Highly recommend The Counter

Ordered through DoorDash and for having food delivered it was still amazing. I know when ordering fries this way they can sometimes be soggy and luke warm and they were, but to no fault of the restaurant- still very yummy nonetheless for Parmesan Fries. BLTA on parm sour dough was delicious and the chicken sandwich my husband got was amazing as well. I'd go back to try more based off of our experience because if it's this good with delivery it must be amazing fresh and hot!
Excellent service- we had not been here in a while, and Rochelle Martinez helped us with the menu, and was just super friendly and she knows the products very well and had great recommendations! We had the half onion strings and sweet potatoes and the bison burger which was delish! Wonderful space, relaxing vibe and the food was super tasty! Loved it!
I just had such a great experience at the Counter. The food is consistently so good! I've only had it to-go prior to tonight, which is also good, but dining in is a great experience. Rochelle was amazing! She made us feel welcome and is super knowledgable about the menu. Her recommendations were great and each order was perfectly customized. Her friendliness, attention, and professionalism made our visit such a great experience. The food is consistently so good and I feel like for the quality, the price is not bad, and is even more affordable compared to places like Yardhouse. The vibe is also pretty nice, it gives kind of a retro feel with the modernized 50s diner aesthetic. It's a great spot! I'll probably dine in more often.
The rating is for the food. It's one reason why we keep going back. The hamburgers are cooked perfectly and the Nashville sandwich had just the right amount of spice. The service today, however, was not up to par. The server asked us to pay the bill when we were not even half way done with our food. Mouth full and all. I guess ordering dessert was not an option for us. This would've been understandable if they were busy but that was not the case. Very disappointed and probably won't return.
Picked up their sliders recently to try. Very disappointing. The patties were dry and the flavor just wasn't there. I wouldn't recommend it. Their burgers however are much better. Also their shoestring fries are DELICIOUS! I also love their burrata salad. They have a good rewards program as well.
Amazing service and good place for quick bite. Not too busy in the restaurant but good amount of parties that kept the servers busy. Regardless, our server was very attentive and checked in an appropriate amount. The food was average, but would definitely come again for the happy hour. Good amount of options on the happy hour menu! You also get 20% off if you check in.
